I paint in a semi abstract style, mainly oils and mixed media, using palette knives, scrapers, rollers – whatever comes to hand.
I am inspired by the play of light and texture on the landscape, drawing that inspiration from the wild areas around the country, and try to convey the atmosphere and feeling of a place.
My paintings have been exhibited in various venues in Sussex, as well as the Home Counties, the Midlands and Yorkshire, and are held privately in Sussex, Devon, the West Midlands and Switzerland.
